Deliveries

Currently all clothing deliveries are done through Takealot and the art deliveries are done through a reputable courier company of our choice.

We will endeavour to do our best to acknowledge your order, process it and it ready for collection and/or delivery within a period of 10 (ten) working days subject to payment having been cleared.

All orders placed during a weekend or public holiday will not be actioned until the payment has been cleared and will only be processed on the first working day after the weekend or public holiday.

We will confirm with you the tracking number and the courier company information when your order is packaged for delivery, using the email address information provided by yourself.

International Deliveries

We will arrange for your order to be delivered through a reputable courier company of our choice to the shipment address provided.

We will endeavour to acknowledge your order and process it for delivery within a period of 10 (ten) working days to ensure that you receive it within at least 15 (fifteen) working days subject to cleared payment and availability of the product(s) ordered.

We will confirm with you the tracking number and the courier company information when your order is packaged for delivery, using the email address information provided by yourself.

Once your order has been packaged and dispatched for delivery to the courier company, we regret we are not able to redirect it to a different shipment address from the one originally provided by you.
